RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our clothing brand. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the gear must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or a receipt is also required. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

REQUEST FOR RETURN

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at MagentaOutdoor@protonmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. However, please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new one.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
